We measure the square footage of every surface being painted — walls, ceilings, trim, doors. Accurate measurements mean accurate pricing. You're not guessing, and neither are we.
Not sure what colour or sheen is right for the space? We advise on what works — flat vs. eggshell, light vs. dark, accent walls. No obligation to follow our suggestions, but most clients appreciate having a professional opinion on-site.
We discuss start dates, how long the project will take, what you need to do to prepare (if anything), and how the work will be scheduled around your household. No vague "a few days" — a real projected timeline.
Yes, for an on-site estimate we'll need access to the spaces. We schedule at your convenience — days, evenings, and weekends. If your schedule is tight, let us know and we'll work around it.
Most residential visits take 30–60 minutes depending on the scope. We'll walk every room, measure what needs measuring, discuss your preferences, and answer all your questions before we leave.
